Complaints Procedure
At Abbey Road Institute, we prioritize ensuring your complete satisfaction with our services. In the rare event that you encounter any concerns or issues with our events or administrative processes, we have established a comprehensive complaints procedure to address them promptly and effectively.
- Initiating the Complaint
- Our initial conversation aims to understand your interests and needs better, ensuring your full enjoyment and value from our programs. During this discussion, we will also inform you of our complaints procedure.
- Should you wish to make a complaint about any aspect of the event or its administration, please direct it to us at amsstudentcomplaints@abbeyroadinstitute.com. We commit to doing our utmost to resolve any complaint promptly.
- Acknowledgement and Resolution
- Upon receiving your complaint, we will acknowledge it via email within one week.
- If further time is required to offer a comprehensive explanation, we will keep you informed of any delays, providing a clear indication of the expected resolution date.
- Escalation
- If you are dissatisfied with the resolution provided, we encourage you to contact an independent person, C.J.H.E. Jeurissen, whose contact details will be provided upon request.
- C.J.H.E. Jeurissen will impartially assess your complaint, and their judgment will be binding upon our company. This process respects your right to seek alternative forms of redress.
- Implementation of Judgement
- We commit to promptly enacting the binding judgement of the independent person. This may include implementing changes to procedures, processes, or behaviours identified in the complaint.
- Confidentiality and Record-keeping
- We treat every complaint with the utmost discretion and confidentiality.
- All complaints will be recorded in a client file and retained for a period of five years.
At Abbey Road Institute, we are dedicated to continuously improving our services, and your feedback is invaluable in this process. We assure you that your complaints will be handled with the utmost care and attention, with the aim of achieving a satisfactory resolution promptly and effectively.
