Following a BA in Popular Music at Goldsmiths University of London, Marco Spaggiari decided to strengthen his engineering and production skills at Abbey Road Institute Amsterdam, where he graduated with distinction in September 2019.
After which, Marco returned to London where he interned at Miloco Studios. It is here that he got the chance to work with a Grammy winning producer/engineer. He is currently working as one half of the songwriting and production duo B-CROMA (whose international clients and collaborators include YEИDRY, M w S, Fia Moon and brands such as Adidas, Tatler and Rossignol), and he has seen his tracks featured on the cover page of Spotify ‘A Breath Of Fresh Éire’, Amazon Music: Latin Fresh and Rolling Stone Italy.
He’s also been connecting with Christian Wright (Mastering Engineer at Abbey Road Studios), who mastered his latest production work ‘Eden’ by MwS, and supported B-CROMA with writing sessions. In his free time, Marco loves sampling obscure records, making beats and geeking out with new plugins and audio technologies.
“It’s been a life-changing experience really. I came with the willingness and hunger to learn. And I left with the awareness of being not only a better producer and engineer, but a better person/human being. You realise how essential it is to learn the emotional and psychological part of the game and dealing with artists. And that only comes with passion, hunger and dedication.”
